By accessing and using the services of Jagdamba Hire Purchase Company Limited (JHPL), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

• Vehicle hire purchase financing
• Personal and business loans
• Home loans
• Gold loans
• Insurance products

3. Eligibility

To avail our services, you must be a Nepali citizen aged 18 years or above with valid identification documents and meet the income and creditworthiness criteria as determined by JHPL.

4. Loan Terms and Repayment

All loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules are detailed in the individual loan agreement. EMI payments are due on the dates specified in your loan schedule. Late payments may attract penalties as per the loan agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

JHPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond what is permitted by applicable Nepali law.

6. Changes to Terms

JHPL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our official website and channels.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nepalese courts.
